Ferrous Sulphate

Much like aluminium sulphate, ferrous sulphate is used as a soil amendment for lowering the pH of a high alkaline soil so plants can more readily access the soil’s nutrients.

• In horticulture it is used for treating ironchlorosis, a yellowing of plant leaves caused by iron deficiency.

• Common iron fertilizer for flowers and trees, it is easy to dissolve in water, can promote the chlorophyll formation.

• Is used as a nutritional supplement, as a soil amendment, and also as a fungicide.
